Everything was great! Except when leaving.....the elevators were so crowded!! It was almost scary!! I was on the 22 floor!!

The breafast is very busy, but it is NYC, and it was very efficient.
The elevators are not great, you can wait for them for a long time. It is better in the higher floors, because they are emptier to get on, once you get to lower levels, they are probably always crowded. The system does not take into account that people get in, and so elevators stop at every floor, even when they are full. not a smooth ride.
