Hotel Madrugada

The room looked nice and was mostly clean. The staff was friendly and even let me leave my bags with them a few hours after check-out

The bathroom was crawling with ants when I arrived. The area felt very unsafe at night, and the food was not great. I ordered room service to avoid going out in the evening, and the chicken was very overcooked and dry. Breakfast had very little options available, just dry pão de queijo, a dry cake, bread, and some deli meat and cheese. I have found better care in a hotel half the price and in a safer area just a few minutes south.

Atendimento, limpeza e conservação do quarto.
