Nicely updated property in convenient location. There was an issue with housekeeping service (they neglected to clean unit) but property manager made it right immediately. Quick communication and immediate solution. So still rating 5 stars.

The house was spacious, clean and comfortable, as well as convenient to Dollywood and the Smoky Mountains. The crate provided and enclosed yard was ideal for our 17 lb dog. The house was located far enough off main roads to be quiet and walkable with our dog. The kitchen was very well equipped for cooking with plenty of dishes, glassware, pots, crock pot, blender, rice cooker, toaster for cooking. The washer and dryer were large and clean. The owner was responsive and helpful when a bad storm knocked out the power just before our arrival. We would stay here again!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house was beautiful and the kitchen had everything we could possibly need. The beds were comfortable and we slept so well. At some point I reached out to the owner and he answered right away. He was friendly and answered all of my questions. We would definitely stay again.
