We did bring bottled water as advised but the tap water wasn’t really that bad. There was a heat advisory during our stay and with just one AC unit upstairs, it got pretty warm. There are fans in the bedrooms to help with the heat.

Kitchen was well stocked with all your cooking needs. Would stay there again if visit Maine again. Would also recommend MaineStay Vacations, very easy to get a hold of Marcy to answer any questions we had.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: House is showing some wear and tear . Unable to open sliders because screen have holes in them . Outdoor furniture is rusted . Had to clean the grill before using . Home could use some window air conditioners-very humid in the home . A screen door on the front door would help to circulate the air. Bar stools were dirty and too short for the bar in the kitchen . We love this place but it needs some TLC.
