Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved our stay here. The home is well kept and equipped. We sat out on the deck and watched the lobster boats and birds. The house is walking distance to both Erica’s and the Dolphin Inn, two of our favorite places, and a short ride to Pammy’s for ice cream. A beautiful place to watch sunrise and sunset. The only problem was the lumpy mattress on the double bed.

We had a wonderful stay

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our third stay at Moorings and we love it more each time. You can't beat the location and views! It's private, but also close access by foot to both Erica's Seafood and The Dolphin. It's hard to want to go anywhere else. Love sitting on the deck both morning and evening for the endless sky and water views!
