Perfect location, beautiful clean house, spacious. The ONLY thing i would suggest is a GRILLLLL. Not that outside campground grill. If its raining, like it did this weekend, you cant grill out. But we will definitely rent this place again

We loved this property! Right next to the beach and the house was lovely! Super easy check in and check out as well!

House was very clean! Kitchen was well stocked. Beds, except the twins, were comfortable. Towels and linens were very nice. This is the fourth year in a row we have stayed at Latimer House. We love it there. Might consider replacing bedroom carpet with hard flooring.

Reviewer Comments:
This house was great! Four siblings and their spouses gathered for a wedding in Apalachicola. The open concept allowed us to socialize as did the huge decks out front and in the back.
