The home was beautiful and perfect. Our family really enjoyed it. The steps had some loose pieces, but wasn't a big deal. There were a few things with the neighborhood - bushes that need to be trimmed so that you can see when exiting on to the main road. Wish boardwalk to the beach had ramps on both ends. The main pool had "seagull" issues - bird poop on all of the chairs, and the birds attacked us when we got our food. I guess this is why they do have an option to eat inside.

Everything was great. Will definitely come back.

This beach house was wonderful. The views from the balconies were fantastic. Was perfect for cross-generation family members. Rooms and layout are very nice. Beach area was nice and clean and not very crowded even with being there the weekend after the 4th of July. Only heads up is there are a lot of stairs that can be tough on older adults. The walk to beach is not too bad but definitely can be grueling when loaded up with beach gear and the beach Boardwalk only has stairs at both ends and no ramps. Also we regretted not looking into renting a golf cart for easy travel to the resort pool and other areas.

House is a great layout and location but needs TLC. NO club amenities open. Should not sell bands when everything but pool is unavailable.
