I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall this was nice place to stay. If I had to provide some feedback, it would be that the listing said they had a pull out couch and futon bed, however this was not a true statement. We were surprised on arrival and had to reconfigure sleeping arrangements.

Our overall experience was very good! Everything went smoothly and we were very pleased with the house. The outdoor area and river access was our favorite part. Would love to stay here again!

Showers had no pressure and one shower was straight hot water, no cold water. Location of this was everything! Property still had hair in bathtub, thorns in carpet. Could not go around barefoot in the house due to thorns everywhere. Also would not say kitchen was very stocked with items.
