This is a great house with a great yard, whether you have pets or just use it for relaxing. We had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Its proximity to downtown Brevard plus the two adorable restaurants just across the street were an added bonus. We also enjoyed the hike/bike trail and all the nearby mountain biking options. If you are sensitive to noise, the house is just a block away from a firehouse, so there was some noise from emergency vehicles during our stay.Would definitely stay here again.

We so enjoyed our stay at your charming home. It was wonderful to be able to walk to restaurants and shops. The front porch was a great spot to relax and watch people go by. We highly recommend this home to Brevard visitors.
