Clean and tidy little pad great outlook to the river. Generous breakfast options. Good bed and shower

The place was clean, compact and lovely view of the river with a morning coffee.

We were impressed by the cleanliness of the cottage. On arrival we discovered tomatoes ripening on the window sill, scrummy fresh bread, a fruit bowl full of fruit, a selection of cereals, butter, jam, milk - to name a few. This is a wonderful place to escape to. It is quiet and peaceful, with huge views over the river and beyond. The only downside was no TV and no doors on the bedrooms, but that didn't worry us, and the reasonable price took this into consideration. Good wifi coverage.Thank you for allowing our small dog to stay. Thanks so much Sarah, we really enjoyed our time away and will be back!!

There was no freezer compartment in the fridge but the owner was extremely responsive and froze our freezer blocks for us. Some improvements could be made in cleaning. There were a few cobwebs around and only having blinds, not curtains meant that it was too light for a good sleep. Perhaps our fault for not researching better.
