The "Nordseeblick 31" vacation rental is located on the fourth floor of the "Nordseeblick" building. The building is on Kaiserstrasse and is equipped with an elevator. The apartment can accommodate up to 2 people. The beach is only about 85 meters away. The town center, with its numerous restaurants, cafes, and shopping options, is also just a few minutes’ walk away.
The apartment was recently renovated and redesigned. The one-room apartment is furnished with a double bed. The separate kitchen is comfortably equipped and features a dining table. The completely new bathroom is equipped with a shower. From the balcony (facing east), you can see a side view of the sea. Another advantage of the apartment is the designated parking space at the building. The parking permit is issued at the service desk (Norderney Room Service) upon payment of a deposit. A washing machine and dryer are located in the building and are available for shared use (coin-operated), which is particularly convenient for longer stays. Dogs are not allowed in this apartment.
