We had a wonderful stay! The condo was everything we hoped for. Very clean, great location, everything we needed for a long weekend getaway with family and friends. Our first time here but talking about booking again!!!!

We were in Navarre for four days for a wedding. I chose this place because it was close to the beach and the wedding venue. Only negative I would have is the amount of children in the pool. You get a code for the pool gate and it seems that some people chose to just let anybody in the pool area. It was quite obvious that they did not have a code, the pool is not huge so the more bodies you have in their the less refreshing it is. All in all I would stay at this property again in the future.

Nice property. Not crowded. Got to check in a little early , wchich was great.

The condo itself was fine. It was as expected, and the location and view were nice. The property management is the issue here. SOUTHERN VACATION RENTALS!! They appear to be responsive, but aren’t quick about following through. The sheets on the master bed had fresh blood stains on them, and it wasn’t until 6:00 pm the next day that I was given new sheets. I couldn’t wash them myself (gross) because I was informed right before check in that the washing machine was not working. It didn’t get fixed the entire week. They did provide us with extra towels. I will never rent another property managed by them.
