Hotel The Shore by Imperial heaven hotels

Everything was excellent, from the beautiful room and scenic view to the reasonable pricing, delicious food, and good facilities. I would especially like to appreciate Ms. Ridhima ji, who is a wonderful person with a kind heart. She supported us throughout our stay and made our experience truly memorable. Her hospitality deserves special recognition.

Mr. Rajan, who was sitting at the reception, displayed extremely unprofessional and irritating behaviour. His way of communicating with guests was inappropriate and lacked basic courtesy, professionalism, and respect. He seemed to lack proper training in guest communication, including how to speak politely, how to behave in front of other guests, and how to communicate respectfully with female guests. His behaviour was so disappointing that, despite enjoying almost everything else about the hotel, I would hesitate to visit again solely because of this experience.
