Location close to Milan Centrale, clean room, convenient access to Metro and grocery store, friendly and helpful staff. Easy check-out. Owner is considerate in providing a universal power adapter.

Check-in process not as clear and easy as it should be. Sign at the office entry can be more prominent. Even though the apartment uses keys instead of keyless security codes, a clear instruction, instead of a video, should be used. The 3 keys for entry should have labels, and stating which key is for which door. Instruction should also include turning on wifi router first, and how to come out of main gate with push of a button.

Habitación sencilla pero funcional

Comfy apartment, walking distance (15 minutes) from Milano Central train station and very close to a metro station which we use to explore the city. Lift to the apartment. Good communication with host. The apartment is situated above a restaurant, worth to pop in and have dinner here.

Nothing that I did not like.

Muy buena ubicación y buen trato

A cama no estaba bien enganchada y al sentarme se desmontó (no se rompió) y tuve que volver a ponerla en su sitio. Desde luego, algo que no me esperaba.
