This is an excellent property for a large family gathering. There is plenty of space including an abundance of beds, a wonderful pool with retractable cover, 2 spas, and an incredible game room in the main house garage that includes a ping pong table, a pool table, an air hockey table, basketball hoop, pac man video, foos ball table, pinball machine, lots of toys, all kinds of balls, and riding toys in a clean space. There are also climbing structures and small slides for the small kids. The entire property is fenced so there's an added sense of security so the parents can also relax and enjoy their time. The kitchen is well stocked with the necessary serving dishes and utensils with two large refrigerators in the main house and another refrigerator in the guest house that also includes the 2nd spa. The house is on a rise of a hill offering wonderful southern vistas. Overall, this was a fabulous place for our family to spend the extended 4th of July holiday and also attend the annual Templeton 4th of July parade. We hope to return sometime soon.

This property is great. There’s so much to do and it kept our group of all ages busy the whole time. The property is clean and the backyard has a resort feel to it. We rented the barn as well. A little bit of a walk to the main house, but a nice extra space to have.

We had an amazing stay at this property! The photos online truly don't do it justice-it's even more beautiful in person. The hosts and property manager went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. When we noticed a broken umbrella, they promptly sent staff to try to fix it, and made sure the pool was in perfect working order for us to enjoy. The house was spotless, well-equipped, and stocked with all the amenities you could want for a comfortable stay. We came to celebrate my birthday, and my family could not stop talking about how incredible the property was. To top it off, my young daughter accidentally left a few belongings behind, and the hosts were so kind and quick to locate the items and mail them back to us.This home exceeded our expectations in every way, and we can't wait to return. Highly recommend!

21 members of our family gathered to surprise my mother for her 80th birthday. This property could not have been any more perfect for a large group of all ages to gather, to play, to eat, to enjoy each other and nature alas well as plenty of pace for privacy if needed. The game room was a huge hit. The beds were extremely comfortable. The backyard was beautiful and tranquil. Smoky the outdoor property kitty was a hit. Loved the donkeys. The owners very kind, helpful and easy to communicate with.
