Summer: The average air temperature must not be lower than 26°C for all types of buildings.

Winter: The weighted average air temperature must not exceed 19°C. The period during which the system may be operated and the daily operating duration depend on the climate zone defined by the regulations.

Santa Maria Novella and the Cathedral of Santa Maria del Fiore are about a 20-minute ride away by public transportation: the apartment is 400 meters from the Paolo Uccello stop on the T1 tram line (Villa Costanza – Careggi), which takes you to Santa Maria Novella Station in 16 minutes. Additionally, at the Alamanni station in Santa Maria Novella, you can transfer to the T2 line, which offers a direct connection to the airport.

Once you arrive at Santa Maria Novella Station, you can easily visit all of Florence’s main attractions on foot or by public transportation.
