A great place to stay for a weekend of mountain biking on Rotorua's awesome tracks. A very comfortable house - and the spa after a day's riding was a real bonus. Will definitely use again if available for future trips to Rots.

This was our second time staying in this house and doubt it will be the last. We come down for Run The Forest (6 Adults) plenty of space, so many beds and so close to everything we need. The couch is next level. Thanks again for having us

Comfy beds and spacious! Enjoyed the patio for barbecuing and hot tubbing. Great central location for Rotorua attractions
