Our 400-year-old farmhouse in Edt is tucked away from the crowds in a stunning, secluded location at the entrance to the Großarl valley—just 7 km from the town center.

Located right next to the forest, children have plenty of space here to run around freely while you enjoy the peace and quiet. And sometimes a deer or a stag even sneaks past the garden—real nature, the kind you rarely find.

Apartment JOSEF – more than just a place, it’s a feeling.



Apartment, shower, toilet, 2 bedrooms:

Our cozy apartment for 6 people is located on the 1st floor and offers a total living area of approx. 80–90 m². Starting from the large entryway (as was common in many farmhouses in the past), you’ll find two bedrooms on the left, each with one double bed (90x190 cm with a footboard) and one single bed (90x200 cm without a footboard). On the right, a door leads to the newly renovated kitchen with a large dining table.
The modern kitchen, equipped with a refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, and oven, is, of course, fully equipped for your stay. A wood-burning stove makes it truly cozy. We, of course, provide firewood.
In the apartment, you’ll find modern infrared heaters in every room, which warm the rooms up quickly.



On-site costs: *Price for the entire apartment per night, excluding meals. *The final cleaning fee of 100.00 euros per stay for the apartment (120 m²) is not included. *The local tax of 2.30 per person (ages 15 and up) is also charged separately. *Dogs are not allowed. *Cash only! *It’s nice when you sit together comfortably in the evening and have a good time. However, parties are not permitted. The farmhouse is occupied on the first floor.



Check-in is from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM, and check-out is from 5:00 AM to 10:00 AM.
