We had a wonderful stay! Our host was attentive and checked in often. The property was lovely and had something for everyone in our family.

Hot tub was great. Kitchen was well equipped. Location was superb. Kids loved the outdoor space. Plan to stay again some day.

Place was clean and comfortable. Great setting. Overall good experience. Could not get electric stovetop to work. Upstairs layout was awkward, with one bedroom only accessible through another. Getting temperature right was difficult. Cold downstairs, hot upstairs.

The privacy is unmatched—rolling meadows, and tall pines. The pond out back was our daily escape, perfect for quiet mornings or spotting wildlife like deer.The house is cozy and inviting, with huge windows showcasing epic San Juan Mountain views. The kitchen has everything for easy meals, and the bedrooms are comfortable havens, especially the master with huge windows overlooking the property and pond.The Jacuzzi stole the show—after exploring nearby trails or Mesa Verde, we'd unwind in its bubbling warmth under starry skies. It's ideally placed for total seclusion.The host had very good communication, making everything seamless from booking to checkout.This spot is a true reset; time slows down here. We're already planning our next visit for fall foliage. 10/10—book it!
