The place was AWESOME!. Clean. Walking distance from every where. Pool was great. Hot Tube was Great. THE OWNERS WERE GREAT!!!. Everything about this place was awesome. If you want are a great place to stay, go kayaking, the beach, downtown Dunnien. This is a great place. So worth the price. Looking forward to staying there again. Even enough room to park with a trailer carrying a 14 foot kayak. Loved it

The listing didn’t mention that there is a mini fridge in the room.

Perfect stay at this cozy cottage. Peaceful, quiet and clean. Will definitely be returning when we are back in the area. The location was great and we walked everywhere

We had a great stay at the Key West Style Cottage. The property itself was clean, comfortable, and well laid out, with a nice private pool and hot tub that added to the overall experience—even though we only had a chance to use the pool briefly. What really stood out, though, was the location. Dunedin is a fantastic town with a lot of character, and our timing lined up perfectly with the St. Patrick’s Day festivities. The atmosphere was lively without feeling overwhelming, and there were plenty of local spots to explore within a short distance. If you’re considering this property, it’s a solid choice—not just for the cottage itself, but for the access it gives you to everything Dunedin has to offer. We’d definitely recommend staying here and taking time to enjoy the town.
