Love the area and love Sunrise Point 4E. Very comfortable, well stocked and we love the balcony furniture and the view from it.

This is a beautiful condo and the view is amazing. The sofa and loveseat are feeling some age and the carpeting could stand a really good cleaning. In general, the condo was clean and pretty well supplied for cooking needs. This is our second time staying here and we hope to return next year.

We appreciated how clean it was. The walls nicely painted. The view is our most pleasure! We loved sitting on the balcony watching the ocean and looking for dolphins!

We were disappointed in several factors of this Unit & listing. We were not told about Construction happening on the Beach just outside the building & noise we could hear throughout the day when on the beach or sitting out on our balcony. The Unit did not have several basic necessities which we had to purchase like toilet paper, dish soap & trash bags. We will definitely not consider this property in the future & would also think twice about the Rental Company as well. Thanks!
