Vasilis was an amazing host! I needed to store a piece of luggage while I traveled in Greece and he was so gracious about it. He was very helpful with information and easy to communicate with. I only stayed one night and got in late from another flight and left early the next day. The room was very comfortable with a fridge, drinks, a nice stereo system and balcony. The bathroom was large with a nice tub. I wish I'd had more time there.
It was a bit further from the airport than I thought (about 20 minutes or so) mostly because the taxis had to go all the way around the airport to get there.

Very large room close to the beach. Good restaurants around at walking distance.
Vasilis is a rock star, he came to get us at the airport and dropped us at Rafina harbor the next day with the same big smile. We’ll come back to Avatis the next time we board in Rafina.

Wonderful host, made me feel extremely safe as a young solo female traveller. My stay was short but really enjoyable, my room was very clean and comfortable.
