House was clean.

We could not use the ceiling fans or the TV remotes and ice maker. Fans and remotes had no batteries. Ice maker was broke. Outside of the house, chairs around fire pit were dirty and unusable unless you wanted to wash your clothes. To make everything worse, I texted the owner several times and never got an answer.

The indoor fireplace and the open space. The furniture inside was comfortable . We loved everything inside the house . We enjoyed the sleeping arrangements .

A few things were missing . The remote in the upstairs bedroom was missing so we couldn’t turn on the ceiling light without the fan . The ice machine was missing the ice basket so we couldn’t make ice . The outdoor fire pit would not light . The cover to the firepit had blown off so everything was wet and we couldn’t make s’mores that we bought for the trip . There was a screen on the upstairs porch that was out of the window . No batteries in the downstairs carbon monoxide detector . A drawer in the kitchen fell off . The previous tenant left trash outside in the back yard . The outdoor furniture was dirty and couldn’t use . The firepit door covering the propane was off the hinges . Please fix the address sign outside, it was difficult to find the address because the sign had blown over . Overall we loved our time at the property , I was just mentioning all of the above because I didn’t want to be charged for the broken or missing parts .
