Balmy Beach Resort Kemer

Very beautiful hotel with a direct access to the beach Food was great and cocktails were very good

Staff was not always very friendly We would have liked more activities

We liked everything. Food, bar, personnel, room, entertainment, SPA (ask for Rukiya for massage).

The staff were super friendly and it was nice environment

The WiFi was not of good quality

For the most part the property was very clean and well maintained

Firstly I was disappointed from my room it was not like the photos provided in booking. Secondly The Air conditioner was not working at my room for the first night and most of the 2nd night and they did not want to move me to another room as it’s a different room type and failed to acknowledge the fact the room was boiling hot. Lastly, you are restricted with where you can eat and order drinks which are limited and most of the known drinks are chargeable
