Pros: Great location. Walkable to train station, stores, restaurants etc. Nice bedrooms and washrooms.Cons: one of the beds was not done. All pillows had a lot of yellow stains and covered in long black hair stuck to them. The same with comforters, one had blood stain and long black hair stuck to them. It was disgusting. There was no hot water. The agency didn't answer my calls, but they did text back and arranged for a person to come over and deal with the situation. He was very helpful.Someone showed up with a filled gas tank so we could have hot water. And, we were asked to leave the apartment for an hour so they could resolve the bedding situation. Kitchen utensils, wine glasses, and pots were not cleaned properly. Not well organized. It's a shame really, because it is a nice apartment, and a great location.
