Everything was exactly how the listing stated. We had a party of 4 small families with 5 13 year old boys in town for a weekend baseball tournament. they enjoyed the game room and having their own space downstairs. The pool and hot tub was a great bonus and kept our crew entertained.

The house was very nice and the host was great, but the amount of beds that were represented in the listing were very misleading. The “pull outs” that were said to be in the kind bedrooms were chairs that leaned back into a tiny bed. While this might be ok for children, they were definitely not appropriate for adults. Also there were not nearly enough sheets and blankets to accommodate the amount of beds that were listed in the house.
