We are still trying to get over having to leave this beautiful home. The property was one of the most well-stocked places we've ever stayed at. There was nothing to do but relax. Foghorns, ferry whistles, waves, sand. The stuff dreams are made of. Highly recommend to follow Dawn's dining guide: Capt. Scotts, Fred's, On the Waterfront (Chucks, if you know you know), Washington St. Coffee, and my personal favorite, Michael's Dairy. Go into Niantic and buy a bazillion books at the Book Barn. That way you can sit and relax and enjoy your stay on the beach. The communication with Dawn was exceptional. I have absolutely nothing negative to say except for I'm pouting because I am in the northern Virginia heatwave and not sitting on the beach.

House was generously stocked! Great location and Dawn immediately responded to any question or concern - would stay again!

The house was everything we expected, and more. The entire home was well-maintained, and was perfect for our family of 4. The beach was across the street, and the house had everything we needed for the beach - chairs, umbrella, cooler, etc. We would definitely stay here again when in the area.
