Bella Vista is a Mediterranean-style vacation home in the gated Emerald Waters Village neighborhood of Miramar Beach that offers comfortable accommodations, a private pool, two community pools, and a close distance to the deeded beach access. Perfect for multiple families, Bella Vista includes a main home and guest house with spacious interiors and cozy, well-appointed bedrooms. In total, there are five bedrooms, a bonus room, and four full baths. This stately property can accommodate up to 14 guests.

Nestled against a thicket of trees and coastal flora, Bella Vista feels like its own private oasis. Palm trees and manicured shrubs dot the curated landscape, adding to the paradise vibe. The terra cotta roofing and Mediterranean style complete the look. Once inside the main house, you're greeted with a spacious open floor plan and high ceilings. Parchment-toned tile flooring extends throughout the sunlit living room, where you will find a cozy seating ensemble. A leather couch, blue armchair, and leather lounger face a wall-hung flatscreen TV. Walk through an open portal, where you will find the formal dining room. The gorgeous kitchen is a dream for chefs and amateurs alike. Handsome dark cabinetry contrasts beautifully with mottled-granite countertops. On the first floor, there is a king-size guest bedroom with access to a full hall bath. The primary suite is located on the second floor. The large room boasts a king-size bed, handsome furnishings, sunny windows, a reading chair, and a flatscreen TV. It also has a cozy nook with a full bed. The luxury ensuite bath features an angled, glass-walled shower and a deep soaking tub for relaxation. Two other guest bedrooms are on this level—both with a king-size bed. They share a full hall bath with a tub-shower combination.

The guest house provides separate living and sleeping arrangements, which is great for multiple vacationing crews. It includes a full, dine-in kitchen with custom cabinetry, stainless steel appliances, and a round dining table. This open floor plan also accommodates two twin beds. The bedroom has a king-size bed and flatscreen TV. A full hall bath is also available with a tub-shower combination, and a washer and dryer are provided for added convenience.

Between the main home and guest house, you will find a private courtyard with a paver deck and a refreshing private pool. There is a shaded patio with a dining table and chairs, as well. You and your guests will love spending time in this quiet sanctuary, whether you're going for a swim or dining on the deck. The setting is perfection! When you're ready to hit the pure-white sand beach, take a five-minute walk down the road to the private beach access.

Another benefit of this luxury vacation home is its central Miramar Beach location. Guests are conveniently close to popular restaurants like Pompano Joe's, beach shops, grocery stores, and retail centers like Silver Sands Premium Outlets and Grand Boulevard. The nearby Seascape Resort has reduced rates on championship golf, recreation rentals, and tennis. The Village of Baytowne Wharf—part of Sandestin Resort—is a short drive away and is home to a variety of entertainment, shopping, dining, and seasonal festivals.

First Floor: Living Room with Patio Access, Kitchen, Dining, King Bedroom with Shared Walk-In Shower, Laundry.

Second Floor: King Primary Bedroom with a Full Bed and Walk-In Shower + Soaking Tub, King Bedroom, Hall Bath with Tub/Shower Combo, King Bedroom.

Guest House:

First Floor: Garage (Non-Accessible), Exterior Stairs.

Second Floor: Bonus Room with Kitchen and Dining + Two Twin Beds, King Bedroom, Hall Bath with Tub/Shower Combo, Laundry.

*Based on the daily temperature and at the HOA's discretion, the southernmost community pool is typically heated during spring break. Boats, trailers of any kind, scooters, motorhomes, and campers are not permitted in Emerald Waters Village.
