This property was so beautiful! Our family consisted of 3 couples and all bedrooms and living areas were large, very spacious and comfortable. Plenty of seating for eating and spending time together. Very clean and well maintained. Tons of amenities. We appreciated the fully stocked kitchen for the times we stayed in and cooked. Plenty of dishes / cookware. We were pleasantly surprised by the spices and such that were either provided by the owners and/or left by other guests. Beds were comfortable. Location was great. Quiet neighbourhood. Would definitely recommend and would stay again!

My family and I really loved our stay at Jim's place. The home is beautiful - the pictures don't do it justice! It had everything we needed and everyone was comfortable in their rooms. The scenery is gorgeous and the location was ideal. We walked down to Quidi Vidi gut most days, and it's an easy walk. It's super easy to get to downtown as well. We also did the hike from Signal Hill. Jim was always responsive and we appreciated the little touches like the welcome note in the kitchen. We would all absolutely stay here again!
