Clean well equipped condo. Convenient central Amelia Island location. Easy access to the beach, Fernandina Beach and Amelia Island Plantation area.

Everything was great and my sister and I hope to travel to Fernandina Beach again soon The Room was very nice clean and everything we needed/wanted was there. Thank You So Very MuchColleen

Overall this was a very nice stay. Extremely clean except that the carpet needs a deep clean. Kitchen very well supplied. Large bedrooms. Nice living area. It was perfect for 2 people and our dog. Location is very nice. Easy to get to the historic district and the beach though based on the building the unit is in, it is not a block from the beach. If you’re hauling beach chairs, etc. a wagon or driving would be necessary. There are areas to walk the dog. Bike racks for bikes. The door wall would benefit from a screen. Communication was good with the host. There are a lot of steps/stairs to the unit which should be considered.

Enjoyed our stay, we had plenty of room and everything was well stocked.
