Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have been coming to HHI for decades, and this location was outstanding. This is our first time renting with Island Time, and their communication and service was very good. As we had one very cold day, the heating could not keep up and the apartment was quite chilly, but otherwise had all necessary equipment. It would have been nice to have local TV access, but we used the streaming service we use at home without problem.

Very beautiful property and well maintained. Great location and just a few steps to the shops and all that Harbour Town has to offer

This property is very nice and located in a great location. It was very clean and comfortable. The property managers at the rental company called us ahead of our arrival to inform us that the unit next door was have some renovations done. They were very quiet and did not bother us. Great stay all around!

We did not have access to a pool or any other amenities which was not mentioned before we booked. We needed 2 parking passes and only one was provided. We had to purchase a second pass seperatly which was a minor inconvience. The beds were outdated and the blind over the sliding screen door fell due to being poorly secured.
