Our stay was terrific! The house was wonderful but we had a few broken items upon entry- the maintenance man was informed and arrived promptly and was fixed. Definitely we try this house and company again!

I don’t like to rate a place as being bad. This house was beautiful. The pool was not in working condition though. The spa didn’t work. The house was spotless. Very clean and accommodating, however after all the rain came ,it rained in the house. Causing damage to the windows. Maintenance jumped right on it. The elevator was out of order, so my older in laws had to stay on the ground floor. Overall, our stay was great. We had fun, and that was our objective. To be with family and have a good time.

The house was very accommodating for the size of our family, however, this home needs repairs and updating. Several things were nonfunctional that we had to call about. Wifi in Carriage House was basically non existent. We did have a great vacay

The house has some positives and some negatives. The size of the house is fantastic with well appointed bedrooms. The location is great. The tower balcony is perfect for sunsets. The game room in the first level is a nice plus. The issues we had were on the main level. The living room has too little seating for the size of the house. There is plenty of room for another sofa and it is needed. The kitchen is barely functional. What the owner needs to do is clean out the drawers and throw away and replace everything that is broken (i.e can opener and wine opener) and replace what is barely functional (the pans). For that nice of a property and for that price, the kitchen should not be the land of misfit utensils and appliances. The house generally worked for our family of 11 adults but I would likely not stay at this property again.
