The place has a great location, was clean, etc. For us, we couldn't get the unit cooler than 73 regardless of if it was day or night. When we asked about it we were informed that the entire complex had a chiller and there was a portable one in the closet. The portable one was only able to be used in one bedroom because it requires a window. Didn't ruin our stay, but probably won't stay at the complex again because we would have liked to be able to control the temperature and have it cooler.

Great location. Pool and hot tub were awesome.

Location was great for exploring Scottsdale, but the HVAC cooling did not work. Unit also smelled a bit stuffy, but keeping the screen door open to porch while we were there helped.

Stay was just ok. The place was clean. Air conditioner vent not working in one of the bedrooms and had a portable air conditioner unit which was quite noisy. Communication with Bart could have been better. Was not very responsive prior to our arrival but did provide early access. Unit located on the second floor, without elevator and no ADA compliant ramp. It would have been nice to know this in advance.
