Clean and great location

The location was perfect, the space was clean and comfortable and we slept great! The space was really comfortable for our group of 5 to relax and visit and the neighborhood was quiet. The fold out sofa bed was comfortable and slept two adults. We were able to walk to the National Mall and various neighborhoods as well as get to the Metro and airport. We were in town 4 days and used the Metro and walked for the entire stay. It was nice to have a neighborhood grocery store nearby. It was a short walk to meet our guide for a Dupont Circle and Embassy Row tour and then a short walk to DC Vegan for Saturday Brunch. We recommend both! Thanks for a great stay!

The place was nice and had everything you’d need. The host was very polite and quick to respond although getting to the door was though a gate and slightly confusing if you come in at night. Also, there could be people renting the upper part of the house so you will hear the foot traffic. It is a nice walk to DuPont Circle that takes less than 10 minutes.

Fantastic location! Walking distance from plenty of cool bars, restaurants, and grocery. Main DC attractions were easy to get to by foot, or Lyft. The space was clean, and nicely decorated. It's much more charming than the photos in the listing. Just enough space for our family of four (with 2 teenagers).
