Our 7th visit to the property, so we love the location, amenities, and privacy. Walking distance to everything and a great neighborhood to walk with the dog.

Great place to get the friends & family together! Lots of common space to gather! The property was very clean upon arrival with friendly communication from the host!

Great location and walkable to everything in New Buffalo. Cooler temperatures so we did not use the pool, but we have stayed here many times.

We were looking forward to our trip to New Buffalo, but unfortunately, this property fell short of expectations. The hot tub was unusable due to being filthy upon arrival, and the pool had no ladder or steps, making it unsafe and extremely difficult to get in or out, especially for kids or older guests. What made the situation worse was the lack of communication from the owner. I reached out promptly to try and resolve these issues, but after several messages, I received no response. That lack of follow-through was incredibly frustrating and unprofessional, especially when you're paying a premium price for amenities that aren’t functional. This home has potential, but the current lack of outdoor cleanliness, safety concerns, and poor communication made for a very disappointing experience. I hope the owner takes this feedback seriously and makes the necessary improvements for future guests.
