Great spot of a big crew of people. Very fun house with many things to do

Pretty much as advertised. Kitchen was short a few items: measuring cups 1, 2 & 4, cheese grater, etc.

This was a fantastic property, with so many amenities. It was wonderful for our group.

Labeled as “vacationers dream” but has strange house rules: cannot be outside // in the jacuzzi or pool past 9pm, cannot play music in backyard on a speaker, cannot yell in backyard at any time. This is not only emphasized by the host in multiple messages (sent only a few days before arrival) but also by at least 4 different signs around the property. Our group adjusted and had a wonderful time regardless, it was just unexpected and the rules are pretty restrictive. Not being able to use the backyard in the evenings or play music was unfortunate, and definitely impacted the trip negatively. Also the pool basketball hoop featured prominently in the photos is not there.
