The house was perfect for what we needed and well equiped. We had some issues with the info provided by VRBO for checkin but the host was quick to respond and make sure we had what we needed. Overall it was a great experience. We were traveling with our dog and teenage son. The house is perfect for older kids, though I wouldn't recommend it for toddlers as there is a long staircase from the entrance to the main living space. My son loved turning the bunkbed into a fort.

Great place to stay!

The home was perfect for our family of four. Comfortable and tastefully designed home with a modern well-stocked kitchen for cooking. We loved walking out to the beach at sunset.

We loved our stay at this Grayland beach house. The house is about as close to the ocean as you’re going to get, with an easy 1/5 mile walk. The listing description is accurate and there are great views of the beach and ocean from the house through large windows. An added perk, there is an outdoor shower for rinsing off the sand in the back of the house and it even has hot water! We found the house to be clean and well laid out. The AC worked great as well as the high speed internet. We loved our time there and would definitely come back.
