We stayed for one night to celebrate my daughter’s birthday. We loved the location, and the host was very friendly and responded right away. The view was amazing, and the kitchen was fully stocked with more than enough supplies. I even found tape when I needed it, which was a very thoughtful touch. The property was very nice and had plenty of space for everyone. There were also many life jackets available, which was greatly appreciated. While the property could use a few updates and upgrades, it did not take away from our experience. Overall, everything was great, and we had a wonderful time celebrating my daughter’s special day. We would definitely consider staying here again.

We had 7 ladies here for the weekend and it was perfect! We had amazing weather and enjoyed the lake as much as we could! The first night we went to a concert at Pine Knob and it was only 20 minutes away. Very convenient drive. You have the luxury of the outdoors and lake life here but with all the amenities 5 minutes away. Forgot something? Zip over to Walmart and be back in minutes. The lake is great for swimming. Hard sand bottom (not mushy) and it gets deep really fast off the end of the dock so you don't have to go far out to swim. If you have small kids, the area right off the shore is shallow and would be fine for them to swim there. There are a limited number of bath towels provided. So I would suggest if you want beach towels for swimming to pack your own. Also - bring some firewood so you can enjoy a bonfire at night. We did struggle a bit with the lock box to enter the house. It was hard to get it open. But we got it. Not a big issue. This place is 5/5 and we would absolutely love to come back.

My wife had medical emergency so we only stayed one night but the host was very gracious, the listing is accurate and host was very helpful

Overall this rental suited our needs. Location right on lake was excellent. Needs an instruction manual left on site with Wi-Fi and other property info and owners expectations of renters during and upon departure. Kitchen counter needs updating and/or repair. Furnishings sparse and need cleaning. No dishwasher Owner/Host was very responsive and prompt to requests.
