The location was fantastic for the view and the upper balcony was still a bit private and quiet while open to the sea. The property manager was quick to respond to our questions. Wifi worked well making it easy to book nearby restaurants.
Getting there by car is tricky as Google Maps will get you stuck in strange spots where you cannot drive. There are restrictions in the city for when cars can come to the Historic area. Check with the property for your booking because its a long walk if you have heavy bags, but otherwise the walk is OK to street parking that is not restricted.

Great location in the old town. Lovely interior, bed was super comfortable and bathroom really nice. Danila was very helpful and was happy to help in recommendations and only a message away, Host was accommodating organised for us to go for a cocktail at the place facing our accommodation l.
Lovely bottle of Prosecco and some sweet treats in room on arrival.

Location difficult to reach by car. Parking expensive. Stairs to Roof terrace quite dangerous. Terrace is tiny with a day bed that takes up a lot of room.
Breakfast was at a place across the street. First day we were told they could not accommodate us. Next day we went, we were not offered a menu just given a small plate with some fruit and a croissant followed by an omelette which was not great! Would have been nice to have had a choice.
We did not bother going again.

Tout était parfait ! L’accueil, l’emplacement exceptionnel à quelques mètres de la mer turquoise et la suite … magnifico … et Monopoli .. un vrai bijoux !

Location was picturesque.
Very noisy. Bathroom not well ventilated and quite musty, also with essentially no privacy. Bugs and spiders an issue. Would be nice to have vouchers for breakfast rather than spending 10 minutes every day convincing the staff at BellaVista that there is an arrangement for breakfast. Hate to be critical but all these things add up and impact “value” and overall experience.
