Staff's very friendly and respectful. The room was clean and spacious with a high ceiling. Hotel is really close to everything you will probably be visiting, that's a huge plus. The price is reasonable.
The lighting in the room is a tad bit too dim, and there are no windows which go outside, which makes staying inside a little depressing. Also the WiFi was really unstable and slow at times.

A spacious room with beautiful wooden furniture, they provided nice towels and plenty of toiletries. The hotel was quiet despite its great location nestled amongst shops, bars, restaurants, cafes, etc. Only a short walk to the lake in one direction and Train Street in the other. The front desk called a taxi to the airport for us, which was efficient and well-priced, which ended our holiday stress-free.
It seemed strange to provide a kettle in the room, but no tea or coffee to use it.

The location was perfect and the room served its purpose. It’s exactly where you want to be while exploring Hanoi old quarter with lots of tours available for outer attractions.they also upgraded us which was really nice as it was our first stop in Vietnam.
It was really let down by how dirty it was. We did ask the staff during our stay to clean some things but when we got back, they’d still missed lots of things so made us feel a bit icky. The communication I think didn’t get across but the room did what we needed it to. Sleep and shower.
