This beautifully restored first-floor condo blends modern comforts with vintage character, located just a 10-15 minute walk from North Ave, Brady St, and downtown Milwaukee.

Relax on the spacious porch with patio furniture, cozy up by the gas fireplace, or enjoy the convenience of in-unit laundry, WiFi, and a 50” flat-screen TV. The unit has flexible sleeping options—two bedrooms with a queen bed and a queen-over-queen bunk bed, plus a queen-size cabinet bed in the living area. Off-street parking for one car is included, and there’s plenty of street parking nearby. Plus, a bus stop is just a block away for easy access to the city. Cable is provided through AT&T Direct Stream.

While the condo is fully updated, it retains the charm of its age, with original wood floors upstairs. Please note that noise from the unit above may be heard, and parties are not allowed to maintain a peaceful environment. If you`re after a lively experience, a hotel may be a better fit. But if you’re looking for a quiet retreat with easy access to everything Milwaukee has to offer, this is the spot!

Lavender Hill is tucked away in a serene neighborhood, yet right on the edge of downtown. Whether you`re here for a short stroll to local shops or a quick Uber to the city’s attractions, everything is within easy reach.

To help make your experience as smooth and enjoyable as possible, please review the following:

- Long-Term Rentals: Any rental over 30 days requires a signed residential lease.
- Front Door: The front door is secured with a deadbolt. To lock it, please ensure that the handle is pulled up before engaging the lock.
- Devices & Cameras: Kindly refrain from tampering with any devices, internet, or exterior cameras on the property.
- Gas Fireplace: The gas fireplace can be turned on using the switch located inside the marked panel.
- Wood Floors: Our beautiful wood floors are delicate. Please remove your shoes upon entry, especially heels, to keep them in great condition.

* Pet Policy:
- Your dog must be supervised at all times and may not be left alone in the home unless they are in a kennel/crate.
- Please keep your dog off all furniture (sofas, beds, etc.).
- If you use the yard, kindly clean up after your dog.
- Please be mindful of noise, especially during quiet hours.
- Any damage caused by the pet must be reported right away.
