Stayed here for 3 days and enjoyed every minute. 1813 is clean comfortable and quiet. All rules were clearly stated and parking was a breeze. Very friendly people. Thanks for the hospitality.

Very clean , just as described in description . As other reviewers stated the elevator situations is terrible so be patient . As far as the view , it’s mainly of the roof . But for the price it’s only an elevator ride to the beach . Kitchen has everything you need , beds are comfortable Pools are clean.

This condo was very clean and comfortable. The lazy river and slide were a plus! We enjoyed the tennis and pickleball courts. Highly recommend!

The condo and property were very nice. We enjoyed the water slide, lazy river, splash pad and pool. We did not enjoy paying for parking or having to spend about 3 hrs of our vacation time shuttling family back and forth to their off sight vehicles. We definitely did not enjoy waiting for an elevator 30-50 minutes on at least three occasions or having to ride the elevator up/down to come back around to our floor. The elevator cluster**** was enough for us to agree we would not stay there again.
