This house was an excellent place to stay. I would highly recommend it for those that are looking for a quality place in a good neighborhood.

Everything looks exactly how it's in the pictures that's amazing. It was nice. Didn't smell like smoke quiet.

We were very excited to find this rental near family, the convenience made it worth our while however if you plan a stay to want to hang out at the rental, I would look elsewhere. The location is great and safe, the house was clean upon arrival and the home was decorated nicely. The backyard and front yard lacks any sort of landscaping or space to enjoy relaxing (a dining table but that’s it). There were many maintenance concerns that have been reported to the property management company. The house only has 2 bathrooms, one of which has very limited privacy to the busy street. If you are looking for a jump off point in San Diego it’s worth it however if you are looking to have a relaxing stay I wouldn’t advise based on our stay as there are other homes in proximity with great amenities.

We couldn't have been more pleased. The property was well maintained and clean. The only things that we recommend are that you should have a contact folder with phone numbers and internet passwords plus lists of entertainment venues, local restaurants etc. We would also recommend a wordrobe in the large bedroom and a BBQ grill for guest. Other than that we really enjoyed our stay in your lovly home and wonderful city.
