Great place to stay . Away from the strip but close enough to walk , great views to , Krisin the owner was very helpful with any question we had .

Great little studio, a tad bigger than a hotel room. Beds were comfortable and the linens were soft. We all slept well. There isn’t a lot of room for your things, so I recommend a shorter stay (maybe 3 nights?). Water pressure was fantastic! The view was great, we could see the Sphere really well. Conveniently located near MGM Grand (all indoor walk). Highly recommended.
