The Property was Exactly how we hoped it would be. Communication with the owner was fantastic! Everything was extremely clean and cozy! We had everything we needed. We will be returning!

We were excited to get a place so close to our meeting at Averett University. It was a walkable distance from the campus, and the neighborhood was very nice. Karri was extremely helpful and the house was immaculate. While not a flaw, I will mention that the bedroom to bathroom arrangement is a bit "unorthodox", with 2 full baths in the master bedroom, while the upstairs bedrooms share one. This was not an issue at all, but something to keep in mind when looking at the total number of rooms. Also, I think we may not have understood how to work the TV, as it kept reverting back to commercials during the middle of the show (almost 100% user error there).I wish we could have spent more time at the house. Would recommend for anyone staying in the area.
