Spacious, well-decorated condo in a central location, with a fun community room for kids. Good amenities and it had everything we needed!

The location was great! The apartment was clean and comfortable and Dan was very responsive with all communication! Highly recommend if you’re looking for a place downtown.

Cold, drafts, upset that the ringcam outside the door was taken (after they sent a message of do not remove or block the camera). Sent a message and they replied that they were charging it (would have been nice to know). They have weird lights on the smoke detectors that seem to activate when entering a room. It was very cumbersome to traverse to and from the apartment. I could go on....
