Jacuzzi Rooms

Accommodation was lovely and clean and quirky. Breakfast was so delicious. Warm croissants daily. Bed was super comfy. Balcony was nice to sit out on too. Aircon worked a great too.

Bit of bother gaining access as we had not been sent any information on how to enter. This needs to come well in advance. We called and texted and had to about 30 minutes before we got a response and the information given to us. Walls are thin. We had noisy neighbours who came in late and were loud.

I liked the online check-in procedure and the convenient app for opening the doors at the entrances. Also the surroundings were pleasant, many shops, terraces and restaurants. Access to the metro was very fast.

- Poor communication with the host; I did not receive the number of the rented room. - I was assigned Room 3 ("Vintage"), which contained many unnecessary items but lacked essentials such as bath slippers, shampoo or hair conditioner. - The Wi-Fi signal was strong only near the door, and the GSM signal was very weak. - The view from the room was bleak, overlooking a small inner courtyard surrounded by very tall buildings. - The breakfast was far too simple, meager, and lacked variety. - The pillows were too large and uncomfortable, as was the mattress, which was misshapen due to wear and tear - a simple wardrobe or even a drawer or shelf was completely missing.

Breakfst qas ok

For what i paid fior rhr room was ok

I liked the solution provided when I discovered the airco was not functioning. The room was very clean, also the bedding. It is really nice that the coffee, snacks and drinks are included in the price.

When you book a jacuzzi room, you also expect a jacuzzi. It is not very clear on the site that some rooms do not have the jacuzzi. The information about the non functioning airco was already known, the solution could have been provided earlier and without me having to complain about it.
