The Islander Noosa Resort

Location and outlook

Staff weren’t so friendly

Staff and location were great

The rooms are very tired

The pool and poolside villa was amazing! Location and surrounding cafes and restaurants were great!

Everything was amazing. There wasn’t anything I could fault.

Pools were great. Location was great.

The ‘rules’ and communication all seemed very harsh and not very welcoming and personable. Obviously I understand you need rules and people need to comply but it was uncomfortable. There was any communication about checking out, called and got some random 24hr number who knew nothing about it and suggested we complain to the Noosa shire council. Left a message to say we’d checked out and out the keys in the key box which I wasn’t sure if we were meant to do but they never called us back so hopefully it’s fine. Rooms wern’t very clean.
