The location was quiet and there was sufficient parking for all guests. Rooms were clean and comfy and we had everything we needed. We stayed one night so the shared bathroom was easy to navigate. There was butter with a small selection of jams to go with the toast and a selection of cereals and semi skimmed milk for a light breakfast.
The host is onsite so able to deal with any issues or concerns
Only stayed one night so shared bathroom wasn't an issue for one night, not sure if I would have felt the same if staying longer. So no real issues at all

We enjoyed our one night stay very much, had a warm welcome, the host showed the facilities, all tidy and clean. The beds were comfortable and we had a very good night sleep,the shower was good, good pressure, and although it was a shared bathroom, it was kept clean and tidy. We enjoyed the use of the kitchen and breakfast area.

It looked as described in the advert, and the bed and pillows were comfy which I really appreciated - I had a nice sleep! The bathroom was clean and the body wash and shampoo were provided. The bathroom was supposed to be shared, but luckily there was no other guests in my floor. Shower water was hot which I liked. Car park was spacious and free. The location was perfect for me.
