Always a pleasure and comfortable staying here. Nice size rooms to where you could feel at home. Sit on patio to watch sunset. Lots of grass to walk your dog. Turn to the right out of the hotel towards Old Montauk highway to avoid the main road traffic.
I like everything at the hotel though would be nice if they had a gym and hot tub to relax after long day of work. I would suggest exterior garbage pails to put pet waste in it after walking dog. I currently leave on patio until checkout where I put in garbage or the dumpster.

beautifully renovated in a contemporary modern style. The accommodations are quite spacious with a separate bedroom and a large central living area with sledding doors, including a screen door out to a patio area adjacent to a large lawn. The kitchen area has a nice size refrigerator and microwave as well as a cured coffee maker. There are two sinks, ample storage space, drawers, and hangers, etc. the bathroom is completely updated.
I would just mention that we really like being on the first floor until a couple nights into our stay. It appeared that a family was assigned the room directly above us, and they were very loud with constant little feet scattering across the floor above us. We contacted the front desk and the situation was was handled either the family checked out or they moved.

Location close to beaches and village; staff was wonderful; rooms are very nice size and kitchenette is perfect.
Too many animals; dogs on pool deck.
